The first blog entry on the new Mistura site for me is actually more about everyone else. I wouldn’t be here without all of my customers, family members and staff. When I started this company in 2007, I could never have imagined that by 2011, we would have established ourselves as a brand to be reckoned with…with only growth in the forecast. I have had SO much fun over the past 3 years since our official launch! I have been to the Golden Globe, Sundance and Oscar gifting lounges where I had the pleasure of meeting some pretty amazing friends and celebrities….I have been on ShopNBC LIVE from Eden Prairie, Minnesota, have sponsored some amazing local and American events, travelled to Asia to start our launch planning and best of all….I kicked butt on CBC’s Dragons’ Den!

Hi, thanks for checking me out on the Mistura Website! My name is Christine and I am in charge of keeping track of the trends, packaging, and other fun stuff at Mistura Beauty. I have been on the team for almost a year now and unlike the rest of the Mistura team, I was born and raised in Long Island, NY. My career actually started with a brief stint in dotcoms but I eventually found my way into cosmetics working for one of the biggest names in the industry by being hired as a temp to clean out a closet. Well that temp job turned into a permanent job of over decade!
